Thoughts on Love

Some ramblings and random thoughts on the subject of love, which has been on my mind rather a lot lately. Please feel free to leave comments and feedback.

  1. It's good to give up. When you least expect it, love will find you. Not the lusty physical kind, but the true enduring kind. Being friends first is key, since you can't spend all day in bed.

It's never too late, either. I was 30, but know people who were nearly 40 and even in their late 50's when they met the love of their life.

I'm different, too. Not in the same way, but still different enough for things to be hard sometimes. I can relate to much of what you say.

When the right person finds you, nothing about you will keep them from loving you as fully and completely as you love them. Just be patient.

Give up now. Go about your life; don't worry about it.

  2. I'm sorry. Your video seemed like you are kind of torn. I understand everything you are saying and know you also still want to have hope that you will find someone to be with as a pair. These things take time and I do not think you should give up hope, but as Anne said, enjoy each day, stay open to what life offers you and love will come along.

  3. Hi Anne and Kiki,

Thank you both so much for your comments. I hate when I get in that place where I feel so despairing. My head is much clearer now than it was before. So I just wanted you to know that I really appreciate what you've said, and it's a great comfort to me to know that others can relate to what I've gone/am going through.
